Altar’s comments “ For more than thirty years I have dedicated my life to learning, practicing and sharing the Oriental Healing Arts of Yoga, Tai Chi and Acumassage. I continue to be amazed at how profoundly these lead us to well being. As with the change of the seasons it can be quiet or stormy, gentle or extreme, subtle or noticeable. However it manifests the natural homeostasis of health will occur. “
